CANCELLATION 

We dedicate specific time for you. We ask you provide atleast 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, or rebook your appointment. If you do not give us 48 hours notice, 50% of your service will be required prior to rebooking. Please contact salon directly by text or email. 

 

NO SHOWS

We once again dedicate specific time just for you. We have a booking system that sends initial booked appointment time and date, aswell with a reminder 24/48 hours prior. If you do not show up for your schedule appointment you will be required to pay 100% of your missed appointment. 

 

SERVICE REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunds. However, if you are not happy with your service please contact us as soon as possible. Each service depending on it specifically can be tweaked to ensure you are happy. This only qualifies if contacted within days after your initial appointment. Contact us for specific details per service. 

 

KIDS

We want the greatest outcome! While we adore all little babes, we need your full attention or utmost still body for us to deliver quality work. We hope you understand and can see the salon can have dangerous elements for children unattended. At this time we ask you to schedule your appointments without needing to bring your children. Thank you
